Tenant API tokens authenticate to the admin API as
Authorization: Bearer <uuid>:<secret>. The secret is shown
only once, at creation — only its hash is stored, so it cannot be recovered.
Note: these tokens are only for tenant admin operations (managing topics and tokens, viewing activity). They are not used to publish or read messages — each topic has its own write/read tokens, set on the Topics page.
